What You’ll Do: Drive Sales Growth Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients. Engage with customers, answering sales and technical questions, providing samples, and guiding them toward solutions that align with our strengths. Lead Marketing Strategy and Execution Develop and execute bold, creative marketing plans to fuel growth and expand market reach. Spearhead advertising and promotional activities across digital, print, and direct mail, and conduct market research to bring fresh ideas to our product lines. Sales Engagement and Pricing Strategy Prepare competitive quotes for both standard and custom products, and maintain close contact with key customers to nurture relationships. Design pricing strategies that capture market share while maximizing profitability. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead budget planning and analysis to ensure marketing and sales initiatives align with short- and long-term goals. Oversee marketing outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to achieve results within budget. Market Research and Competitive Analysis Perform in-depth market research to identify trends, new technologies, and areas for growth. Track market reactions to advertising campaigns and adjust strategies to keep us ahead of the competition. Stay Connected with Industry Leaders Represent us at industry trade shows, showcasing our capabilities, connecting with new prospects, and strengthening industry networks. Be a Team Leader Manage and mentor the EMS Sales & Marketing team, supporting their growth and aligning their goals with our strategic objectives. What You’ll Bring: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Industry Expertise: 10+ years in EMS or a related field, with a strong focus on sales and marketing. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Key Strengths You Have: Excellent Communication: Skilled at presenting, negotiating, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze data, interpret technical information, and make strategic decisions that drive success. Organizational Savvy: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities to keep projects on track. Collaboration Skills: Team-focused, with a passion for motivating and working with others. Math and Analytical Skills: Proficient with basic math skills for practical applications in pricing and budgeting.
